A little over a year ago, Sports Business Journal reported the New York Red Bulls were shopping naming rights to Red Bull Arena. Now SBJ's Ian Thomas reports that RBNY has taken a perhaps more determined step toward finding a buyer for the rights to name Harrison's best (and only) 25,000-seater soccer stadium:
The New York Red Bulls have retained both Leverage Agency and MP & Silva to sell the naming rights to Red Bull Arena.
Citing RBNY's Chief Commercial Officer, Amy Scheer, it is explained the agencies are expected to cooperate in the task of identifying local and global corporations that might bid for the right to re-name RBA.
