Fresh on the heels of a report that Manchester United approached Bradley Carnell comes another story of an even more potentially cataclysmic nature for the New York Red Bulls.
According to English-based writer Jordan Davis, Ralf Rangnick has reached out to Gerhard Struber “in the last few days.” The former Red Bull manager and sporting executive is “keen to have people around him with the same footballing and coaching philosophy.” Manchester United would “have to buy [him] out of his current contract” which expires at the end of 2023.
While some may dismiss the platform hosting this report, Davies has interviewed Struber several times in the past.
