Mostly, however, the Uruguay legend has been persistently linked to a move to Indian Super League's Atletico Kolkata.
Now there is a new Atletico in the mix: Brazilian club Atletico Paranaense. Gazeta do Povo reports a proposal has been submitted to Forlan, with quotes from Atletico's Director of Football, Paulo Carneiro, and Diego's father, Pablo Forlan confirming there is a discussion in progress.
