The field for the 2016-17 edition of the CONCACAF Champions League is slowly coming together. This past weekend, the Caribbean Football Union Club Championship was concluded, determining three more of this season's (and next, from the perspective of MLS) CCL contenders.
Haiti's Don Bosco put home advantage (the final round of the CFU Club Championship was hosted in Haiti) to good use, beating Jamaica's Arnett Gardens in the third-place playoff to win through to CCL (and avenge last year's defeat at the same stage of the competition: Don Bosco was bested on that occasion by another Jamaican team, Montego Bay United).
