The New York Red Bulls earned a measure of revenge and three valuable points Saturday night with a 2-0 win over Toronto FC at Red Bull Arena.
After a scoreless first half in which Toronto FC had the better chances, the Red Bulls, who lost 3-1 at BMO Field July 17, took the lead in the 55th minute thanks to an own goal.
Kaku did all the work, turning on the ball and splitting Auro and Omar Gonzalez before tying to slip a ball across the box.
