The New York Red Bulls showed just how deep a club they are these days, using a squad made up mainly of reserves to defeat CONCACAF champions and Mexican giants Club America 2-0 in a friendly played on Wednesday night at Red Bull Arena.
The Red Bulls scored goals via a Shaun Wright-Phillips bicycle kick (watch it here or below) and a Dan Metzger shot from outside the area (53rd minute) to down Las Aguilas.
It's another international exhibition scalp for the Red Bulls, who used several reserve and academy players to defeat English power Chelsea last summer.
