Kyle Duncan on Rehab 'Ahead of Schedule'

On March 31, against Orlando City SC, New York Red Bulls defender Kyle Duncan suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee, which ended his 2018 season, after four games.

Recently, Duncan has been seen at the training facility, running, completing drills and increasing his workload, as he tries to get back to full strength.

After training, Duncan talked about his knee and how rehab has been going.

"It’s been good," Duncan said. "I think the best thing is listening to athletic trainer Kei (Utsumi) and head athletic trainer Russ (Steves), in the gym because they know what’s best.
