Jamaica Men's National Team head coach Theodore "Tappa" Whitmore has confirmed he will be without the services of his squad captain, New England Revolution's Je-Vaughn Watson, and New York Red Bulls' left back Kemar Lawrence for the upcoming Caribbean Cup qualifier against Suriname on November 13. Lawrence missed RBNY's last game of the season - the home playoff loss to Montreal Impact - with injury.
It is a must-win game for Jamaica's ambition of qualifying for next year's Gold Cup, as well as defending the Caribbean Cup it won in 2014.
