Breaking News: Chris Armas sacked as Head Coach

The New York Red Bulls decided on this Friday Morning to sack Head Coach Chris Armas after the performance against DC United in midweek action. After nearly two and a half seasons since taking over for Jesse March, leaving for a coaching career in Europe. Assistant Coach C.J. Brown was also let go by the club as well.

“On behalf of the organization, I’d like to thank Chris for his hard work and dedication to the club,” said Head of sport Kevin Thelwell. “In this business, we have to make difficult decisions based on performances and, fundamentally, results.
