Australia WNT pulls out all stops to earn draw against Germany WNT

Australia left it all on the pitch today in their group F match against Germany WNT.

During the second 2016 Olympics Group F game, the Australia Women's National Team (AUSWNT) pulled out all the stops to get a 2-2 draw and one point against Germany.

Sam Kerr made the first goal off the foot of Caitlin Foord, in the sixth minute of play, marking the first goal that the Matildas have seen in this Olympic Games. In the 45th minute Caitlin Foord hit the back of the net after a strong pass from Lisa de Vanna.
