U17’s Open Winter Showcase with 2-1 Win

The U17’s kicked off their 2017 Winter Showcase with a quality win against Pateadores, the 1st place team in the Southwest Division of the West Conference. Scott Taylor got in behind the defense early on, and converted the game’s first goal in the 5th minute. With the wind at their back, the 17’s continued to push forward. Scott Taylor found himself in behind the defense once again, where he was brought down in the box for a penalty.
