Another day, another injured player for the New York Rangers, as Tyler Motte won’t return after a dirty hit by Auston Watson. Watson targeted Motte’s head and left his feet. He was assessed a 5 minute major and a game misconduct for charging.
Naturally, this knocks the Rangers back down to 11 forwards for the rest of the game. Luckily they have a day off before they travel to Boston, and then four days off in a row. That should be enough to get everyone healthy.
