Per Larry Brooks, the NY Rangers have sent out qualifying offers to three restricted free agents. Tony DeAngelo, Brendan Lemieux, and Alex Georgiev have all received their qualifying offers.
Ryan Strome is the only Ranger who has confirmed to have not received a qualifying offer. Phil Di Giuseppe’s status is unknown.
Qualifying offers are one year offers with salary increases mandated by the CBA. Players earning less than $660k get a mandated 10% bump. Players between $660k and $1 million get a 5% bump. Anyone over $1 million get their salary matched.
