This shouldn’t come as a surprise, but as it would so turn out, there are a lot of cool things about playing for the New York Rangers.
Getting to play for the New York Rangers, for one thing. Seriously, that’s really cool on its own.
But then there’s everything surrounding that: namely, the city itself. New York doesn’t have a problem attracting players - see guys like Kevin Hayes or Jimmy Vesey - because it’s, well, New York.
Which means they get to have Christmas parties at the Rink at the Rockefeller Center. Who else gets to do that?
