Sidney Crosby can take a joke, and he knows a good one when he hears it.
The Pittsburgh Penguins superstar center heard it all night long Wednesday from Rangers fan and heckler extraordinaire Nick Lipeika, who received an autographed stick for his jokes after Crosby posted a goal and an assist in the Pens’ 7-2 rout of the Blueshirts.
Lipeika’s new piece of memorabilia includes a note that reads, “Good chirps. Take it easy on me next time!” Crosby’s gift came after he spent a night enduring the Rangers fan seated by the visitor’s penalty box at the Garden.
