While the news leaked earlier this afternoon, the Seattle Kraken made it official tonight when they selected Colin Blackwell from the New York Rangers as part of the 32nd NHL team’s Expansion Draft.
Blackwell had 12 goals and 22 assists in his 47 game Rangers career this past season before heading to the Pacific Northwest.
