The Rangers have been rolling lately and one of the biggest reasons why is the play of alternate captain Rick Nash. But the big forward injured his groin (again) in the team’s recent shootout victory over the Devils.
And, according to Larry Brooks of the New York Post, the Rangers will be without their best three-zone forward for an unknown amount of time.
That is because Nash, clearly the Blueshirts’ best player in his three games since returning from the groin injury he suffered in Brooklyn on Dec. 6, pulled the other side of his groin on that OT shift, The Post has learned.
