The New York Rangers have signed center, Brett Howden to a one-year deal. The 23 year-old acquired in the Ryan McDonagh blockbuster trade from 2018 is now in the fold. Terms not fully disclosed.
It should be noted that this Howden is not eligible to be protected or exposed in the Seattle Expansion Draft on July 21st. The Rangers must submit their list to the league on the 17th. This also allows the Rangers to protect Colin Blackwell if they so choose.
