The third — and likely final — domino has fallen for the Rangers at the trade deadline.
The team traded defenseman Adam McQuaid to the Blue Jackets for fourth- and seventh-round picks, TSN reported. It caps a busy trade-deadline stretch for the Rangers, who sent Mats Zuccarello to the Stars on Saturday and Kevin Hayes to the Jets earlier Monday.
McQuaid, 32, had three goals and two assists in his first season with the Rangers.
The Blue Jackets acquired goalie Keith Kinkaid from the Devils on Monday morning.
