The New York Rangers had a day off yesterday after three days of consecutive practices and will be back at it today. We can expect more of the same from David Quinn and his charges starting around 11AM.
David Quinn on the important of scrimmages
“My idea right now is to scrimmage a lot,” Quinn said back in June. “The more we get guys going in game situations under these circumstances the more prepared we are going to be for those games that get started for the playoffs.”
So far he has held steadfast to full squad scrimmages and here’s three big takeaways to date:
