The New York Rangers summer of change is continuing. According to the team’s website and confirmed by Larry Brooks, Nick Bobrov is no longer with the organization.
Chris Drury making changes to scouting department
Bobrov served as the head of European scouting for the last six years prior to his dismissal. He’s responsible for helping with the excellent selections of Vitali Kravtsov and Nils Lundkvist, but also Lias Andersson.
The Post has learned that Bobrov, who served in that position for six years, was dismissed by Chris Drury in the wake of his ascension to the dual post as the club’s president-general manager.
