During the last game against Montreal, Greg McKegg went down with what appeared to be a leg injury. McKegg was centering the 4th line, so that would explain Boo’s recall.
Zuccarello returns
The NY Rangers plan a video tribute for Zuccarello’s 1st game back at the Garden since being traded. Mats admitted he wasn’t happy with the way the Rangers handled the communication part of the deal and it took him awhile to accept that. The Garden crowd will make it an emotional return for sure.
“We’ll see when we get there,” Zuccarello said on Saturday, before the Wild lost 5-4 in overtime to the Boston Bruins.
