Rangers ripped by Canadiens as road woes continue

MONTREAL — Shea Weber and Artturi Lehkonen each scored twice and the Canadiens snapped a five-game losing streak with a 5-2 victory over the New York Rangers on Saturday night.

Tomas Tatar also scored for the Canadiens, who won for the first time at home since Nov. 10. Carey Price stopped 20 shots.

Jimmy Vesey and Ryan Strome scored for the Rangers, losers in four of their last five games. Backup goalie Alexandar Georgiev made 37 saves on 42 shots.
