Injured Rangers forward Mats Zuccarello attended Friday night's Game 5 at the Garden and got a rise out of the crowd when he was shown on the Jumbotron with 13:31 remaining in the first period.
Zuccarello, 27, the team's top-line right wing, is out indefinitely after being hit in the left side of the helmet by the puck in Game 5 of the Rangers' first-round series against the Pittsburgh Penguins on April 24 exactly two weeks ago.
He had not been seen publicly since the injury, and no details of his injury have been released by the team.
