New York Rangers’ center Derick Brassard is Tribeca bound.
The Canuck-born hockey player has just bought a $4.1 million condo at One York Street, the Enrique Norton-designed Tribeca building, according to city property records. The deal was first reported by the Real Deal.
The 1,670-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom unit on the sixth floor features high ceilings, wide-plank oak floors, and around 200 square feet of outdoor space, including a teak deck.
There’s also a chef’s kitchen and a corner master suite with views of the Empire State Building and a spa-like master bathroom with a double-sink vanity, steam shower and radiant heat flooring.
