The Rangers face a massive two games/two nights road trip in Pittsburgh tonight. They play the Big Red Machine in Washington tomorrow.
The Rangers have won four in a row and are 10-2-1 in their last 13. The Penguins are 11-5-1 in their last 17, and coming off a 3-2 loss in Washington Tuesday, a game they led 2-0. They are 12-6-1 since obtaining Carl Hagelin from Anaheim, and 17-12-5 since hiring former Rangers assistant Mike Sullivan as coach.
