The Rangers announced moments ago that forwards Mats Zuccarello and Vladislav Namestnikov will remain in New York when the Blueshirts head to Canada for games against Ottawa and Montreal.
#NYR Updates: Namestnikov is in concussion protocol, neither he nor Zuccarello will travel on the upcoming trip.

Zuccarello has missed all but two games since sustaining a groin injury earlier this month. You could tell that Zuccarello wasn’t 100% when playing in those two contests, and with reports of him having a setback from playing in Philadelphia, there’s no rush to get him back on the ice.
