After enjoying two days off, the Rangers are back in action tonight, as they’ll look to avoid their fourth consecutive loss and defend home ice against the New York Islanders.
The Blueshirts have started off the pre-season on the wrong foot, getting outscored 12-6 over their first three games, and being generally outplayed by the Devils and Flyers. With only 36 players remaining in camp following the most recent round of cuts, tonight’s lineup will feature a lot more of the team’s regulars than any of their previous contests.
