NYR Prospect, Tim Gettinger should be Hartford bound

From both an age and development standpoint, Tim Gettinger should be on his way to Hartford next season. He has recently signed an entry level contract with the Rangers earlier this month.

Gettinger was the fifth round pick (141) in the 2016 draft, and is now finishing up his fourth season of CHL play. He is currently the captain of Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds of the OHL. The left-handed left winger, stands at a towering 6’6 and weighs in at 216 pounds, according to Eliteprospects.com.

He has net 33 goals so far this season and helped out on 36 more, in 64 games.
