In a sharp turn from prior restrictions, Governor Andrew Cuomo announced today that New York State will allow arenas to have 10% capacity. This includes indoor arenas.

While no official announcement has been made by the Rangers, it’s safe to assume they will abide by these guidelines and open MSG doors to fans.
