The Russian website Sports-Express reported that Vitali Kravtsov is returning to the United States to play in the Rangers system: “As it became known to SE, the Traktor forward Vitaly Kravtsov is returning to the Rangers and will play in the New York club system. While there has been no official announcement from the New York Rangers, Kravtsov posted a message on Instagram, thanking the fans for their support.
