New York Rangers recall Ryan Lindgren from the Hartford Wolf Pack

In 63 games for the Hartford Wolf Pack, Lindgren has 12 assists to go along with 92 penalty minutes.

Lindgren was originally drafted by the Boston Bruins in the second round (49th Overall) of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft.

The Rangers coaching staff has not made any statement regarding their lineup for Friday’s game against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Rookie Filip Chytil missed Wednesday’s game against the Ottawa Senators with defenseman Brendan Smith playing on the fourth line as a forward. The recall likely means Lindgren will play in one or both of the final two games this season.
