New York Rangers recall Lias Andersson from Hartford

The New York Rangers have recalled Lias Andersson from the Hartford Wolf Pack prior to Thursday’s game against the Minnesota Wild.

This will be Andersson’s second stint with the Rangers this season after a 21-game stretch earlier in the season. During that period, the former seventh overall pick scored one goal while adding three assists.

With the trade deadline four days away, the recall of Andersson comes at an important time.
