New York Rangers prospects help Sweden to 5-2 win over Switzerland

Make it 50 straight wins in the preliminary round for Team Sweden. They totally dominated Switzerland in their second game of the World Junior Championships. New York Rangers fans got a great look at the potential of first round draft pick Nils Lundkvist who assisted on Sweden’s third goal on the power play. Lundkvist is playing on the top power play unit and fired a one-timer from the blueline that Nils Hoglander tipped just in front of the net.

Lundkvist finished with three shots on goal and played 20 minutes.

Just under eight minutes later, 2019 second round pick Karl Henriksson took a spectacular pass from lineup Lucas Raymond and he tucked it home for a 4-0 lead.
