The New York Rangers did nothing to stop their losing skid against the New Jersey Devils on Saturday night. The Rangers’ loss to the Devils put the streak to three games, the only win of the season coming against Montreal. In the loss, the team didn’t play particularly well either.
The first period was all Rangers, but to no avail. The second period began scoreless, but ended with the Devils leading 2-1. The third was all Devils, ending the contest in a 3-2 defeat for the Rangers.
Rangers’ head coach, Alain Vigneault, iced yet another questionable lineup.
