The Buffalo Sabres are on the upswing of a long, tedious rebuild. Hopefully.
After landing future superstar Rasmus Dahlin with the 1st overall pick in the 2018 Entry Draft, Sabres fans everywhere are reaming with excitement for the first time in a long while.
Dahlin is undoubtedly a game-changing and franchise-changing player, and he will go a long way to making the Sabres a better team.
However, the team’s 62 point season in 2017-2018 left a lot to be desired, and it is unlikely that a single player makes the Sabres a team to be feared.
