After Day One of the NHL Draft, the New York Post reported that the New York Rangers have turned down yet another deal for Cam Talbot – this time with the Florida Panthers for forward, Jimmy Hayes.
I wonder how Kevin Hayes‘ older brother feels about that.
It would’ve been interesting to see what damage these two could’ve done on a line together, what their dynamics could’ve brought to the team, but for now we’ll never know. If New York were to have just one of the Hayes brothers, Kevin is definitely the one to have right now.
