Tonight will be the second game for both the New York Rangers and the New Jersey Devils in the preseason as the two renew the Hudson River Rivalry, albeit on a much smaller stage.
This will be the first of two preseason matchups the two rivals will have, with the second one being on Saturday at the Prudential Center in Newark. Both the Rangers and Devils will look to build on good starts, as both teams won their first game, as well as showing off their players of the future.
For the Rangers, they won their first game on Monday night at MSG with a 1-0 victory over the Islanders, as rookie defenseman Neal Pionk scored a nifty goal to end the affair 2:31 into overtime.
