After beating the Vegas Golden Knights and the San Jose Sharks with a loss to the LA Kings sandwiched in-between, the New York Rangers have claimed four points from a possible eight on this four-game road trip so far.
And they will have the chance to make it six points when they face off against the Anaheim Ducks this afternoon.
The Ducks are where the Rangers were a couple of years ago in the fact that they are taking baby steps when it comes to pulling the trigger on a rebuild.
Anaheim have a 13-15-4 record coming into today’s game but this season is all about laying the foundations for what they hope will be a bright future under Head Coach Dallas Eakins.
