New York Rangers Have Made Qualifying Offers to their RFAs

According to Newsday.com and other media outlets, the New York Rangers have reportedly made qualifying offers to 6 of the team’s Restricted Free Agents. Those players include forwards Chris Kreider, Kevin Hayes, J.T. Miller, Nicklas Jensen, Marek Hrivek and defenseman Dylan McIlrath. The team also made qualifying offers to minor leaguers Matt Bodie and Tommy Hughes, both of which are defensemen with the Hartford Wolfpack.

According to Newsday, the only player of that bunch who will receive a qualifying offer for over $1 million will be forward Chris Kreider, who, at the minimum would be receiving an offer for $2.
