As the picture begins to come into focus, it’s pretty obvious that the New York Rangers’ may have a problem. While there was no expectation of being amongst the elite teams in the NHL, there’s a lack of engagement ravaging the roster. Taking a too many men on the ice penalty for three straight games is flat out unacceptable.
While David Quinn continues to try and coax out a full sixty-minute effort from his team, there are all the signs of a long and frustrating season present. However, even in a lost season, the team has to play its games and give an effort.
