Bleacher Report created a top ten list of NHL teams that have improved the most over the offseason. At Number Eight on their list is the New Jersey Devils. Should the New York Rangers be worried over their Hudson River rivalry this year?
For one, the Devils picked up John Moore as an unrestricted free agent, signing him to a three-year, $5 million contract in early July. A former defenseman for the New York Rangers, Moore was practical in the Big Apple.
