The Rangers continued to play undisciplined, uninspired hockey on Saturday night when they took on the New Jersey Devils and lost, 3-2. The Rangers came into the game with a record of 1-4-0, desperate for a win, coming off a 3-1 loss to the St. Louis Blues.
Ondrej Pavelec made his Rangers debut, and looked solid, for the most part. None of New Jersey’s goals were really his fault.
The Rangers were incredibly sloppy, and the Devils took advantage. They looked out of sync and disinterested. Something needs to be done before this spirals out of hand.
