The New York Rangers played rather poorly last night against the Islanders. They have now fallen to a 0-3-1 record all-time in Brooklyn with the loss, so hopefully, the Islanders make the move out of Brooklyn sooner rather than later.
The team struggled out of the gate, taking two early penalties. Nick Holden scored just seconds after his penalty, the second of the two expired. The Rangers led 1-0 through the break and then come the second period, they fell apart.
While there were a lot of negatives that can be taken from this game, there were still a few positives.
