LOS ANGELES – Three Rangers players lit the lamp for the first time Sunday.
Vladislav Namestnikov, Tony DeAngelo and Ryan Spooner each scored their first goal of the season in the Rangers' 4-3 loss to the Kings.
Namestnikov scored at 11:11 of the first period, though he and the Rangers had to wait a long time to get it confirmed. Driving in from the right wing, Namestnikov chipped a shot over the shoulder of Kings goaltender Jack Campbell, then was bodychecked into Campbell by Trevor Lewis. Namestnikov and Campbell both then crashed into the crossbar and tore the net off the supports as the puck crossed the goal line.
