Rangers forward Micheal Haley, who has been a 13F/14F since the Rangers signed him off his PTO this summer, will be out indefinitely following surgery on a bilateral core injury. I googled bilateral core, since I had no idea what that was, and it is basically a sports hernia. If what I googled is true, the recovery time is usually 4-6 weeks.
Haley, before his bilateral core injury (I just like saying bilateral core) had a line of 1-0-1 in 22 games this season. He has spent the majority of the last two months as a healthy scratch, so the bilateral core injury probably developed in practice.
