Markstrom steals one from Rangers as Canucks win 2-1

After a tough loss in Calgary, the Rangers headed to Vancouver to take on the Canucks. A closely played game resulted in a tight contest throughout but Vancouver prevailed with a late goal in the third from Tyler Myers to win it 2-1. Here’s our recap.

Tight Game

Vancouver began the game with a jump, as they scored 1:46 into the first, as Anton Roussel netted in a rebound. Not too long after, at 7:59 of the first, Pavel Buchnevich scored his seventh of the season to tie it after a solid forecheck in the Canucks zone.
