Lias Andersson has returned from the New York Rangers rookie tournament and training camp, and while expectations were high on Andersson going into the camp on an NHL level, his return to Sweden hasn’t left him with a bruised ego but rather a sheer will of determination. He’s expecting to succeed on all levels this year and return with a vengeance next summer in order to take a spot on the New York roster.
Andersson came up big in last nights game, and scored his first two goals for Frölunda, who sits sixth in the table after a slow start.
