Kevin Lowe elected into the Hockey Hall of Fame

Yesterday the Hockey Hall of Fame announced it’s 2020 class headlined by Jerome Iginla and Marian Hossa. The six inductee class also included Canadian goaltender Kim St-Pierre, former Chicago Blackhawk Doug Wilson, former Red Wings General Manager Ken Holland, and former Oilers and New York Rangers defenseman Kevin Lowe.

Kevin Lowe spent most of his career with the mid-80s Edmonton Oilers, winning 5 of his six Stanley Cups with that Edmonton dynasty. Lowe found himself on Broadway in 1992 as General Manager Neil Smith sent Roman Oksiuta and a 3rd round pick to Alberta for the veteran defenseman.
