K’Andre Miller has been suspended for 3 games, per the NHL Player Safety Department, for the spitting incident with Drew Doughty on Sunday afternoon. The suspension is the same number of games Garnet Hathaway received for purposefully spitting at Erik Gudbranson.
Miller has stated it was an accident and apologized to Doughty after the fact. But that doesn’t matter to the NHL Player Unsafety Department. The wheel landed on 3 games, so Miller gets 3 games.
Remember, Tom Wilson got zero games for ragdolling Artemi Panarin.
